Policy:
We are
people-oriented, put the right person in right position, respect
talent; provide broad stage for your talent and development.
1. Based on individual interest and
specialty, we have two development roads which are management
positions promotion and professional development.
2. We developing a series of
training courses so that employees can attend for improvement
their capability according to their own situation.
3. We implement rotation system of
skeleton talent in key positions to encourage employees to
develop their ability.
4 We foster enterprise culture which
concerns the development of employees. And we organize external
training and all kinds of internal study sessions and experience
sharing to promote employees’ ability.
Salary and benefits:
Our salary principle is based on job
position; meanwhile we will take account factors of
"competence" and "performance”. Specific salary
will vary according to the different regional areas and
position.
In addition, we also offer generous welfare
policies. We will pay social insurance for our employees
including pension insurance, medical insurance, maternity
insurance, unemployment insurance and industrial injury
insurance, and will pay employee housing fund and commercial
insurance.
Meanwhile, we will provide staff with
medical test and paid leave for each year.
